We are suspending all exports to the EU due to issues with EU customs. We are currently being assisted by UK Gov and hope this issue will be resolved as soon as possible. Due to recent sea freight delays, we are awaiting new stock which should arrive within 4-5 weeks from now. Original Coffee Plus is now sold out but can be purchased on back-order. All Back-orders are dispatched first when new stock arrives. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Please check our updated product pages for Vegan and Vegetarian labelling. Nearly all of our products have been either Vegan or Vegetarian since they were first manufactured. The only two products which are not are Collagen Coffee and Black Coffee Plus Collagen, both of which contain natural fish collagen.
We are pleased to state that Brexit has had no effect on the purchasing or sending process of our products to our EU customers. There has been, and will be no increase in product costs to our customers due to this recent change. Our products are non-vatable, and should thus not incur any VAT costs to our customers. We continue to use our usual courier partners, with tracking links provided so you can monitor your parcel’s progress. We would like to let our customers know that we are still able to send items within the Uk and Europe. Whilst packages make take a little longer than usual, they are still be being delivered with no affect or change in cost to the customer. We are finding with the rest of the World however, some delivery routes have either increased in cost or stopped altogether. We fully refund any payments made where we are finding we are unable to deliver due to such changes. If delivery prices have increased, we will issue a full refund and offer postage at a revised cost. We would like to reassure customers that all of our drinks come in sealed foil sachets, packed in our factory to the required ISO standards. We continue to pack your items for dispatch in a hygienic manner as we always have done.
